Kathie Le Busque
Executive Officer & Local Landcare Coordinator (Southern Greater Hume)
Kathie leads a team focused on Natural Resource Management and Sustainable Agriculture, including the Landcare Enabling Program in West Hume Landcare region. Her role involves staff leadership, project management, strategic planning, and community engagement. She finds it most rewarding to connect community members with the resources and support they need to protect and improve the environment.

Paula Sheehan
Local Landcare Co-ordinator (Albury)
Paula supports local groups such as Woolshed Thurgoona Landcare and Bungowannah/Splitters Creek Landcare, Petaurus Education Group and Friends of Nail Can Hill, along with other community organisations focused on engagement, nature, and land management. She enjoys connecting people with local wildlife and the environment through community programs on both public and private land. Paula has a Bachelor of Forest Science from the University of Melbourne and over 27 years of experience in Natural Resource Management across Victoria, Tasmania, and New South Wales.

Rob Cook
Land and Water Management Project Officer
Rob has extensive experience in managing research projects and monitoring water quality, as well as aquatic and terrestrial plants and animals. Raised on a beef and dairy farm in NE Victoria, he remains deeply involved in both the operational and natural resource management aspects of the family farm. Rob is an active member of his local Landcare group and propagates native plants for revegetation projects on his own small farm near Albury.

Biodiversity Project Officer
Lou loves the outdoors and has a deep passion for our natural world and sustainable living. With a background from farming to working with native plants and Squirrel Gliders, Lou is always keen to help others discover possible ways to balance our human activities whilst also nurturing nature.
